Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TagMyStock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TagMyStock provides AI-powered tools for generating, editing, upscaling, and tagging stock images and generating royalty-free audio. The service is provided on a subscription and credit-based model.

All content produced by TagMyStock is generated or modified by artificial intelligence. For full details on the AI systems used, see our AI Transparency Notice.

You must be 16 or older to use TagMyStock. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

All registered users receive a monthly free credit allowance to try any TagMyStock tool. Credits are consumed when you use AI tools. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. Contact support to request a refund.

You retain ownership of images you upload and of outputs generated using your inputs. By making gallery items public, you grant TagMyStock a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform.

Commercial licence: A commercial licence to use AI-generated outputs (including for stock submission, resale, or client work) is granted only to users on a paid subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Studio). Free-tier outputs may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Upgrading to a paid plan grants commercial rights to all outputs produced on that plan from the date of upgrade.

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded images do not violate third-party intellectual property rights or applicable law.

Where required by applicable law (including EU AI Act Article 50), you are responsible for disclosing that content was AI-generated when publishing or distributing outputs from TagMyStock.

You may not use TagMyStock to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, designed to deceive or defraud, or that violates any applicable law. You may not use TagMyStock to create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to mislead recipients about its AI origin without appropriate disclosure. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, AI model errors, or output quality. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended elements — you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
