Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and data generated through your use of the platform (generated images, metadata outputs, usage logs).

We collect usage analytics only if you explicitly opt in via the cookie consent banner. No analytics data is collected by default.

If you opt in, analytics may include approximate location data such as city, region, country, and coarse map coordinates. We do not store precise GPS data or raw IP addresses in the admin dashboard.

Your data is used to provide the TagMyStock service — processing image generation and editing requests, managing your gallery, and calculating credit usage.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising purposes.

Account data is stored via Appwrite. Generated images are stored on CDN infrastructure and associated with your account. You can delete images individually from your gallery at any time.

Preference settings (font, density, accessibility) are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never sent to our servers.

TagMyStock uses the following third-party services to deliver the product:

• Appwrite - authentication and user management
• FAL.ai - AI image generation and processing (image generation, upscaling, background removal, audio generation)
• OpenRouter - AI model routing (image editing)
• Anthropic - Claude language models (metadata generation)
• ipwho.is - approximate geolocation lookup for opt-in analytics only
• Stripe - payment processing (we never see your card details)

When you use a TagMyStock AI tool, your input (prompt text or uploaded image) is transmitted to the relevant AI provider to process your request. AI providers process inputs in real time and do not retain your data for model training purposes.

All content generated by TagMyStock tools (images, audio, metadata) is produced by artificial intelligence. We are transparent about which AI model was used for each operation — this is displayed in the tool interface and stored in your gallery history.

Essential cookies are required to keep the app working (session authentication). Optional analytics and personalization cookies are only activated with your consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time in your account settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
